If you can't do the RTRs, you don't do it. It's not meant to bring any form of problem to you. Talking about using super moon, the just left Taurus into void few hours ago, which means you can't do anything anymore till void is over, which means. You have missed the super moon.

You have to get creative I face the same situation. What I do is turn the tv up and turn on the space heater to drown out the sound of my vibrations. Also using a pillow to muffle works. When it is warm I find a secluded spot outside to meditate. If you are allowed to play music out loud that could help as well. 
You can't let this stop you, satanism is no joke and if your like me this is the first trial of many. 
And don't forget Satan and the gods are always happy to help someone advance themselves if all else fails ask Satan and he will come through for you.
