during spritual warfare training days, is that the ONLY meditations you do?

or do you do daily meditations and then the training or
what about what do you do in a trance durning the first week

Do the specific meditation for that day of the program and if you are able too, do any other meditation before, with or after the assigned meditation. Above all do the necessary meditation but if given the opportunity, do more meditations to increase your power.

Meditation is Medication for the Soul.

To add to what HP Ian has said, what tends to happen over time with Meditation is that as We learn to disassociate Ourselves from the daily monotony of routine "life" We find Ourselves with an abundance of Time. Almost as if We have just not noticed that a Day is Longer, and that a Night draws out as if it where a day.

What starts as stolen moments with Meditation becomes over time lingering moments. We find that We can just do more with the time We have. Maybe We begin to realize he necessity, or maybe We begin to feel the benefits and it becomes quite natural to pace the world in accordance with Our Will.

It is not necessary to spend great amounts of time performing different meditations, but that said, if You desire to do so, and you can organize your time in such a way that you wish to do so, then extended periods of Meditation and Ritual workings can be both Pleasurable and Exiting.

From My own experience I have found the more I do, the more I want to do, and I variate My routines to suit My needs, and for Me Meditation has become a real personal moment where I can step outside of the hustle and the bustle, the madness and the mayhem. Its a nice place to be, and as such I like to be their.

We all attempt to do more of the things We like to do in life, and fortunately Meditation is Free and Beneficial. I wish the same could be said for smoking! (We all have our vices right?)

On the other hand too much can be too much so it is important to keep a balance. You kind of let yourself know if your doing too much because you begin to talk yourself out of doing it or finding ways to excuse yourself. It never has to be a chore, but like the athlete continually pushes their physical body, the Spiritual Warrior continuously tests His or Her Mind.
