The easiest way to gain height if you have problems is by improving posture if you have imbalances. Although I'm in 20's I mangaged to grow 3 cm with a lot of yoga/streching. I had scoliosis and in 1 month I manage to fix it. I was thinking that I'd grow even more so I tried the same things for the next month, but with no result. Well 3 cm is better than nothing

But really don't let your height define you as a person. Beeing short isn't a handicap or a flaw, it's a super minor detail in the personal big picture. Well society made people insecure by promoting fake models.
But seriosly it doesn't matter who you are , it doesn't matter if you are tall, doesn't matter if you're short, white black, heavy, light weight or whatever. There are always a group of people who are pregidous towards something about pretty much everybody for example skin color, hair color, ethnicity, weight...
There are really a lot of areas in which can you improve. For example when a tall guy tries to make himself look better than me, by saying thing like: " How do you feel beeing soo small?". I usualy respond with "Still stronger than you..." And they shut up... like I want to see them bench 110 kg or squat 150kg or do a planche. They also beeing heavier (which comes form height).
Improve in other areas and be stronger, smarter, better looking, richer, more powerful witthout height, and than shut them up with your success. Don't let anyone look down upon you, doesn't matter if they are friends or family.
