Forgive me for being aggressively suspicious, but I have an inkling most of who post messages like this - obviously concerning the Kundalini - are only in it to seek attention.
Nevertheless, I'm not here to crucify the things people do.
Here's my 2cents.
It's best you start your Kundalini yoga routines. This definitely includes straightening your spine and stretching your hips apart.
Ensure that your chakras are open and active and that your seals have been removed.
