No Dreams.

<td val[/IMG]its been about 5 months since i have dedicated myself and i am not getting any dreams or i cant remember them.Any xplanation and wenever i try to astral travel i always become a dragon(either red or golden ) can someone please tell  me why cant i travel astrally as a human???

I didn't know you could astral travel in your dreams, hmm, it make sense...


And speaking from a scientific standpoint, some people just don't dream, there's a scientific explanation but I do not know it off the top of my head. Some people lucid dream on a nightly basis..

To remember dreams.... it's a fact that when you first wake up you remember about 95% of your dream, 10 minutes later only 50%

To remember your dreams you need to keep a dream log, this can also help with induced lucid dreaming. The INSTANT you wake up, right down everydetail from the dream that you can remember, even if they are not in any order. Later in the day just glance back at it, and chances are your mind will remember additional details to the dream as it was reminded about it, you can then try to peace the dream back together, most often it wont make sense logically even when you do have it in order correctly.

The more you write in your dream log, the more of your dreams you will remember as you wake up.
