Hello everyone I am new to the group and came here through a link on the main site. Of Joy of Satan. I have not done the dedication rite yet and was wondering if their is a specific time or day that is best to perform this rite. So everyone knows I am new to satanism and would like and need as much advise as I can get and any help would be greatly appreciated. As I said I'm new and have no ritual tools or alter and would like to know where to gather these things or is it best to craft these things myself. I thank you very much for your help.

When I first did my dedication ritual, I had no tools, all I had was a candle. I used a ceramic cereal bowl from the kitchen to burn my prayer in. When I did my first ritual, I simply used a plain cup, and put that aside for ritual use until I managed to get hold of a chalice.Just make do with what you have. I find that dollar stores are pretty awesome to get what one needs, I got my silver burning bowl there. You can also check out Chinatown, they have awesome bowls, cups, candle, incense, etc. for cheap, just shop around and compare.I also like to pop into Indian-type stores, they sell a wide variety of awesome incense, incense holders, etc.
