Negative emotions..Probably not from attack...Need help...

So recently I have progressed quite a bit in meditation for the first time... I can feel a electric sensation on my spine sometimes...And for the first time I have started to feel energy...However,,,when i am all alone in my home...I sometimes have these "RUSH" of negative feelings (They are complicated negative feelings of fear,,anxiety,,etc..) If I focus on something else they usually go... My body feels very tingly and uncomfortable when this happens...
I thought i was the enemy so I kept my Aop and Cleansed my aura...Also did a Banishing ritual...But nothing changed...
Its like I am having a lot of fluctuations of emotions...Many are positive many are negative...I think its because of my progress...but those negative emotions are quite intense,,,gets my heart racing for no reason without any thought...

 
      I used to get this less frequently as my sixth chakra is stronger now. In the past I would get an ingrown hair on my arm and panic, or get diarrhea after eating spicy food and then read about colon cancer online. Or just panic randomly out of worry something is generally wrong. Then I started panicking that something bad would happen if I didn't panic, until I panicked about something I thought would happen, and it actually did for once.
      You can see where this goes but spirituality works similarly to the human body, it's predictable enough that this type of worry is totally useless if you have a sense of patterns or rhythm in life. Try to get yourself back to feeling in control and rest your entire body until you naturally want to meditate
