MEDITATION. LIKE VISUALIZING CLIMBING A LADER AND ORTHERS I CANT JUST
CONCERNTRATE WHEN I TRY BEST TO CONCERNTRAT IT IS WHEN DEFERENT THOUGHS
COME MY MIND. PLEASE HELP ME WHAT CAN I DO DO BE PERFECT MY I PERFON THE
