i'm just a beginer
haven't dedicated maself yet (i want to but its only cause i haven't been alone for ny nighttime since long--as i live with my parents)

i was thinkin i could atleast start the beginner meditations.
i read bout them
and
had no idea on which one to start off with
but i figured breath, exersize would be gud to start off with (the one in which we get a feel for the energy while taking it in with our breath)
i started it today and while i was doin it
initially didn' feel much then got a bit relaxed and then some tingling sensation with a slight increase with every breath and then very small amount of pain kind--like very soft pain with that tingling sensation----started of at legs then shoulders then slowly whole body.
it ain't like some injury pain
its a different kind---my body feels a little bit heavier (jus a little)
and i can't explain exactly but its kinda a weird feeling with all that heaviness and that pressure sensation all over--like when a material's density is increased slightly--its surface is under pressure--i guess its that kinda feeling.
please help me---not able to understand when that feeling means and
did i start off with the right exersize and what is the sequence i should start of with (all the beginer meditations)
i did that breathing meditation for over 45 minutes as i was in my coll bus goin there...
just put on headphones and started doin it (this might sound pretty weird but music calms me down--and i listen mostly to metal-gothic metal or death

plZ do reply early and also i'd like advice on how i can manage to dedicate without messing around in a situation wid parents (like i'm never alone at night kinda thingy)
