Need help!!:P

Hy i'm new and i need help...i'm not dedicated yet but i have a problem, a few moths ago at 1 or 2am i was standing and watching tv and suddenly a man come onto my room,he was black with white eyes and hi sits on one of my chairs and hi turns his head and stares at me, i was totaly immobilized and i cannot move my my eyes from hes eyes...and then,after 30sec he walked away from my room and then i was relaxed it happened to me 3 times and 1 time with a women ...so what i need to do...sry for my english i'm from Romania

I had an encounter with that same being, took me months to trap it in a crystal and destroy it: It can do some major damage. But if there's more than one, or it just isnt dead yet, then a few people in this group are gonna need to do a little research on it and find out what it is. That thing is cold-hearted and cruel like you wouldnt believe, and itll keep growing until you COMPLETELY obliterate it: If even a small portion of the energy it's comprised of is left, itll be back in about two weeks, and stronger. It also seems to like sucking energy from your crown chakra, and it does some kind of major suppression on your throat chakra, which pretty much feels like youre getting choked. Ignore it for as long as you can, for the first week it just stalked me. Good luck.
