Need Help in ToZ Rituals

Good evening, I urgently need help performing the ToZ rituals.

I'm having a lot of trouble visualizing the runes in the Sheng Ring. Do you have any ideas or tricks that might make it easier for me?

Practice everyday and you'll get better.

One piece of advice, though, is to not try so hard. Notice how easy visualization comes when you're day-dreaming, or when you're in the shower recalling the day or week.

To be honest I just visualize the Shenu Ring glowing as brightly as possible, if you struggling to visualize that instead.

Also when you have finished a Ritual do not forget to meditate on the sigil at the bottom of the page, thats when you will experience an energy connection with the God in question.

Practice makes perfect, There are some exercises you can try out to improve your visualization skill in the Temple of Zeus. Check it out.

To improve your concentration and visualization, you can try meditating on the flame and then closing your eyes and trying to visualize.

Great advice! This resonated for me since I am so new and have some healing, aligning, opening, and developing to do.
I keep reminding myself to be patient and "trust the process" , as my dear friend, Paladin of Khepu, reminds me. ♡
