I've been practicing psychic vampirism and by doing that you get a lot of negative energy. Well at the start you will feel very bad to 'eat' other people's energy, but hey if you don't jehova do. So don't feel bad about it. By attracting alot of negative energy you attract alot of negative thoughts and bad things happen, you have to clean your aura all the time etc. Well I only use the blue energy from duat and the sun's golden energy to clean my aura, it's very good. I started programming my aura to filter the energy so that none of it gets to my chakras and affect my life too much, I didn't use an affirmation to do so, I used runes and visualisation. Runes are very great to have on you , maybe a necklace, bracelet or even a tattoo. But they won't help much if you don't empower them. Use a colour of energy that matches the runes properties. And don't be afraid to ask the gods for guidance with it.
