Hello! Here to explain a very easy way to be in there here and now! This mediation is more of a all day exercise! But is really easy and very rewarding.
First be aware of your inhale and be aware of your surroundings and your exhale! During this time you aware re in there here and now! When your mind wonders to a thought in the future, your living in the future! When your mind wonders to a thought in the past your living in the past! You see? ! So with this you are in the here and now! Everything will be more real and you will be more focused! Take care of the here and now and the future got you is great! You don't have to worry , as long as you do what you do and don't see meditation or the yoga or rituals as something you have to do, but as an opportunity! See the fails you made and learn from them! Everyone fails, It's gonna happen but it's just you learning it's not gonna work that way! Your all alive and breathing! ! Ave satanas !
 
Hello! If you are trying to be more adept to void or just want more focus on the here and now, try this mediation! It's berth easy and very worth it!
First be aware of your inhale and be aware of your surroundings and your exhale. During this time you are in the here and now! When you think of something in the future you are living in the future, when u think of something in the past you are living in the past, you see how this works? So keep your mind in the here! With every inhale you are here ! Be aware don't force the breath but know you are breathing! And during this the thoughts will slow down! Takes some getting used too but if you practice everyday it's very rewarding! Hope I helped anyone ! Maybe anyway as always HAIL SATAN AVE SATANAS
