The key to making progress and advancing the soul is to work all aspects of it. Working the mind, or strengthening the brain can be done by doing simple everyday tasks. Example's include reading, writing and listening, anything that makes you think. Challenging your brain is the best way to strengthen your mind. Take Lumosity for example, it works pretty much all areas of the brain that we need in everyday tasks. Trying your memory or how fast you can identify and recognize things is a fun and great way to do this.
The body is one of the most important parts, because it does not matter how many meditations you can do, if your body is not strong enough to handle the bio electricity then you are either going to hurt yourself or reach a standstill in your advancement. For me cardiovascular training is important, because the chance of heart trouble is very likely. I could very easily overstimulate my heart from meditations. The 5 Tibetan's our a great thing to include in your daily program. Kundalini and Hatha Yoga are essential for they not only improve your overall health, but they build spiritual power. Both
work the chakras and aura in the different poses or asanas. Kundalini Yoga supercharges your entire system, while Hatha helps keep you strong and flexible so the bio-electricity can travel freely. If a blockage occurs then you will experience unpleasant symptoms that could possibly make you ill and mentally unstable. Like Vovim said, in the raising of your Kundalini if you have a blockage, spontaneous combustion would occur.
Working the Spirit, is the deepest part of the soul. Meditation is the part that works directly with the soul. By doing meditations we open our minds, access the areas of our brains that most will never experience in this life. It develops a strong aura to protect us and ward off disease and filter out negative energies. It is key to never miss a day of meditation or just stop something, if your stop a meditation you have to replace it with something else. If not your bio-electricity will drop significantly. Resulting in symptoms like sickness, depression, mood swings, and overall unbalance. And remember on the bad days, no matter what happens Satan and the Gods are always there for us, never try to rush anything and let Satan's Will guide you.
