Middle Chakra problems

I have this problem feeling my Middle Chakra. I tried following the steps on the JoS, I can visualize it but can't feel it. I have the same problem with Solar Chakra, which I noticed during the Chakra Spinning. I can feel my Sacral and Base Chakras a bit though. The only times when I succeeded was when I did Lord Seth's Power Ritual, feeling a great amount of energy in my chest or I entered a deep meditation state. Regardless, neither of this helps me open my Fourth Chakra as explained on this website. What can I do? Thank you!

Probably you just need more time and empowerment to feel those chakras.
It can be past life karma or other issues. Take a look also to your natal chart, to detect potential negative aspects to the corresponding planets.

Keep focusing on them, clean and empower them daily. Put more focus on those chakras than the other for some time.

Sometimes patience and dedication are the only things required.

Start with focus on Solar. You can meditate about fire - light up candle and go on. Sowilo Rune, Solar Mantras. Try to push harder in Sundays and Sun hours. Remember about Solar Mudra. Visualize and work patiently and you will achieve goal

Venus (planet that Rules over heart chakra)
is currently in Virgo (Falling sign)
as someone who have special dealing with Venus i can tell it's the worst sign for Venus to be! even much worse than Detriment Ones (Scorpio and Aries),
if you mean by following the steps on JoS that you started opening the fourth chakra for the first time during this month! that was Very Wrong timing...
you can start over on next "29 Aug" when Venus enters Libra. exceptionally strong sign for your purpose and Venus rules over.
