Draw awareness to your breath as it fills your lungs on the inhale
and exhale
and contemplate breath
when your born the first thing you do is breath
when you learn you breathe
when you walk you breathe
when you feel love you breathe
when you feel hate you breathe
all moments in the day you breathe
in your sleep you breathe
the last thing that will leave your body at death is the breathe of
life itself and until that time you breathe at all times.
try putting your head to your chest close your eyes and feel your
heart beat.
After you can count the beats begin breathing at a rate of 2:3:2:3
if you can go 4:6:4:6
leave 4 beats with no breath
breath in for 6 heart beats
pause for 4 heart beats
breath out for 6 heart beats
and repeat
focus on your heart beats but count if you miss a heat beat dont
worry you are trying to only do it with what you can wrythmically
count once you can do this you will attune yourself more naturally
to your bodys wrythem and can apply the exact same breathing pattern
and count to the trance.
