I stumbled onto a band recently. They're called Melechesh, and despite the band's origins, which is Jerusalem and Bethlehem, they praise Sumerian/Mesopotamian text. A lot of their song titles involve The Anunnaki. And, on their album 'As Jerusalem Burns... Al'Intisar' they have a song called Baphomet's Lust, hinting that they may actually be Satanic. Though, this is a maybe. I can't get the lyrics for that album, but for the rest of their work, or most of it, you can get lyrics off their Metallum.

And, there was another band, but they were Funeral Doom Metal. They're called Ea, and apparently they're written in a "dead language". Their lyrical theme of Last.fm is 'Ancient sacred texts in dead language'.

I have a feeling Ea is actually Satanic, or at least true to the text enough to pass as it. Though, none of their lyrics I could find. Unless they were updated onto their metallum since the last time I went to it.

I really love Melechesh. I didn't know they had another album out; I
already have Djinn, Sphynx, and Emissaries, but I didn't know about
the As Jerusalem Burns album. I'll have to get that one too. And I'll
give Ea a look too, it sounds promising.
