Hello all.

So, I developed epilepsy about a year and a half ago, and I dedicated myself roughly three months ago. I noticed while reading the JoS website that a few of the meditations should not be done by people who suffer from epilepsy. Is there any way around that? I don't like to be restricted in any way, shape, or form, but I also cannot allow myself to have seizures at night.

If anyone has any ideas, I would love to further myself through meditations safely. Hopefully enough control over my own bio-electricity will allow me to cure myself of this curse as well.

Thank you all.

Have you talked to your doctor and googled this? Tell your doctor your concerns. But in the meantime, do hatha and or kundalini yoga, and do the aura of protection twice a day, which should not affect your brain, but protect you thoroughly. Also do affirmations before you go to sleep everynight.
