meditation program

the meditation program i do is aura. cleaningand the opening. all
chakras.opening all chakras in a day is preferable ?
should i follow hells army manual ? is my program ok ?

Do not attempt to open all of your chakras in one day. You need to wait 24 hours after you have fully opened it. You may seem fine when you open it, but you may feel different later on.
You don't have to follow the manual.
