Meditation everyday

If you are doing a working, you must do it daily. It's important to maintain this routine every single day. To avoid breaking the connection between meditation sessions, you must not exceed 48 hours between them. For example, if I did a Fehu working this morning, the next session must be done no later than sunrise the day after tomorrow. working must be done daily on every single astrological day.

I have never considered this in normal meditation, the kind we do every day. For example, in the 40-day meditation program, you will notice that certain meditations are repeated. One in the morning session and another in the evening session. So I think it depends. But if we're talking about chakras, they should be done every 24 hours. Normally, you should wait about 24 hours between certain meditations.

I don't know if there is an exact timeline for this. but I prefer to think that sunrise is a new day. For example, you did some magickal working at 11 pm, you don't need to do it exactly to the next 11 pm, you still can do it before sunrise.

Thanks brother

As well as the above mentioned, remember to keep a level head if by any chance you do miss a meditation on any given day. Of course this is not ideal, but we don't need anyone destroying themselves further or lacking confidence and faith for missing one day of meditation.

Stay Blessed.
