Lucifuge Rofocale

Good night Brothers and Sisters.

First of all I thank everyone who tries help me, and I apologize if there is something in my writing that is incomprehensible, the reason for this is that Enlish is not my main language, it's not even a spoken language in my country.

I'm here to ask for your help... I have a question, I have been thinking in this name all day long: Lucifuge Rofocale, I went to JoS to know more about this demon... And I found out that Lucifuge Rofocale assists those who are newly dedicated to Satanism, well, I am not new to Satanism, I have been a Satanist for almost two years, but I realized I knew nothing about Satanism, all I cared about was trying to make my life better by doing rituals and meditations, I was just wasting my time, because I knew nothing about it and anything that I did couldn't possibly work, I just memorized procedures, and cared not about what that really meant. And by realizing this, I decided that, from now on, I will try to know as much as I can and get all the knowledge I can. After almost two years is when I start getting some real knowledge about Satanism. It's like if I were new to Satanism... So my question is, me thinking about His name, Lucifuge Rofocale, can it be a sign that He is helping me?

Ugh... the questions about our GD are the toughest... simply because there is no 100% certain answer when we are only guessing. I thought that my GD was Haagenti, but it turned out that it is Innana/Astaroth.

And I though that it may be Haagenti merely becuse I had some unusual experience with cats...

One good advice - do not be in a hurry. As you go further and develop spiritually, you'll learn who your GD is.

And an opinion from a teacher - your level of English is above sufficient - you should not appologise for it, because some people here do not give a damn about checking sth in a dictionary.

It's a possibility. If the name keeps popping up in your head, and you keep thinking about this particular God, then it's more then likely a sign that They are trying to let you know They are with you.

This has happened to me too, before I was a Satanist, I was into the occult. I was always interested in fallen angels (as I was only aware of the judaeo-xian concept of angels and devils at the time... now, not anymore) and I kept being attracted to Lucifer Morningstar (another name for Father Satan.) This was He calling to me, keeping that connection open.
Also, one time I picked up a book in the occult section of the bookstore, an autobiography of a well-known Thelemite, and when I tried to put the book down, there was an unseen force keeping me from doing so. I ended up just hugging the book to my chest, looking and feeling bewildered, lol. But I bought it. Upon reading it, I found out a bit about one of the Guardians Gods who is watching over me (although I did not know it at the time, I discovered His Goetic Demon name.) Turns out, there's not a lot about Him in books, save for Mesopotamian stories and a small blurb in several grimoires. So this was Him reaching out to me, telling me about Him.

It's good to see you in these forums, seeking knowledge and more truth. Most of what I learned about Satanism I got off the Joy of Satan website. Compared to a lot of other LHP books and sites, it really is one of the best Satanic websites out there.

Thank you very much for answering my call.

I had a feeling that Lucifuge Rofocale wasn't my Guardian Demon, because it's said in JoS that only with time I will get to know my GD, even though i'm a Satanist for almost 2 years, I feel that I'm not enough spiritualy advanced to know Him.
What I meant was, if Lucifuge Rofocale was helping me through this fase of initiation and dedication...
But you're right it can't be 100% sure, because I'm only guessing, based on the thoughts I had, I just kept thinking in His name... And I thought that, it could be a sign of Him, letting me know I'm not alone, that He is helping me.

He is also known for visiting newer ones (I believe that's also mentioned on the site in connection with him). He did visit me and straightened out a few things after I had been dedicated only a few months & that visit was very encouraging.
