Hello! What lucid dreaming technique do you recommend? I've been trying to get into it for days. I dream every day, but I never succeed. I feel like I'm on the right way.

And what good can I do there? I have some ideas. I wanted to ask about my past life, talk to loved ones who have passed away, and create a clone of myself for self-discovery.

By writing down your dreams consistently, you are guaranteed to lucid dream eventually. Practicing introspection meditation will also help as it increases awareness that is required for lucid dreaming. Void meditation, or any variation of it, is useful as well.

In general, I experienced lucid dreams very rarely and It was when I was anxious and stressed, leading me to not go completely unconscious as I slept: there was a part of me that was "aware"/conscious and another part of the brain conjuring up the dream. Thereby, I found myself in the situation of myself being aware of being inside of the dream and consciously living it.

While it was very cool, it was a signal that I was very stressed and unable to let go completely. I don't even remember those nights being restful since, as I said, I would not sleep completely

Anyway, to achieve what you said you wanted, I would suggest trying the "Inclusive Meditation" I wrote about in this post: https://ancient-forums.com/threads/exclusive-and-inclusive-meditation-differences.302637/

With this technique, you can differentiate your "pure awareness" from other parts of the brain. You can see as an aware spectator: automatic thoughts, visions and I even travelled consciously with my mind. I even use the technique to astral communicate with the Gods (They usually speak through visions you have to decipher, in my experienced but sometimes full-on Telepathy) and deceased loved ones. This technique is similar to lucid dreams without messing up your nightly sleep.

I did this meditantion, and with 3 days i have this result:

I was thinking about what I was going to do when I woke up, and I thought “look in the mirror” as soon as I said that, it's like I woke up, I was leaning on my desk, I even looked at my hands, but I was so convinced that it was real that I didn't care. Then I looked at myself in the mirror in the bedroom, and in the bathroom (oh, and I was lucid, but I lost my lucidity quickly). When I looked at myself in the bathroom, my mom pulled me onto her bed and said “you look just like in that video I sent you” (it was a video saying that when the first thing a person does is look in the mirror, they're narcissistic) and I stayed still laughing, and she said “now go get ready, --'s coming to pick you up” and I said “no, he's coming at noon” and I woke up. Shocked

Great, keep going.

Set an alarm for like 4 or 5 in the morning. when it goes off, turn it off and go back to sleep. When i do that, i get lucid dreams almost 90% of the time

Make it about an hour or 30 minutes before you normally wake up. I said 4 or 5 a.m. because I usually get up at 6, but that's going to be different for everyone. I think it works because when you wake up with the alarm and then go back to sleep, your brain is in this half-awake half-asleep state, which can lead to some really weird dreams or make you have lucid ones. Of course, that's just based on my own experience, and it could be different for other people.

Yes, it is a valid method. What you described is the dream initiated lucid dream (DILD), and the method that I shared is more like wake initiated lucid dream (WILD).
