Location of chakras

Hey everybody i've been having some confusion as to where my chakras are located at first I thought that they were in the middle of my body but I read on the EZ chakra meditation to focus on your base chakra at the spine does that only apply to my base chakra? Or do they all align on the spin and not the middle? Much guidance would be appreciated thanks.

They are in the middle, point up or down and each one have extesion (all pointing inwards) in both sides, in vertebral column and front.
