Lifespan

I think it has to do partially with like the way we age.
When someone get's older they get wrinkles because our DNA
wears out over time creating imperfect copies.
When we were new we lasted almost a "season" to the gods.
Over time our DNA waters itself down due to evolution and such so...yeah
we wear out.

Maybe it's like what Stewie from Family Guy said, "The only reason we die is because we accept it as an inevitability." Nah, I don't know, I just found it to be intriguing.

Science finds no reason WHY the body eventually breaks down and dies, only THAT it does, and studies the process. Our lifespans have been artificially shortened by the enemy so that we wouldn't have time to achieve greatness, or anything close to it. They couldn't stop reincarnation, however, but because of the shortened lifespans, we find ourselves, as a species, on a 'never-ending' reincarnational loop, over and over again, learning little and living little.

There are those who believe that the actual lifespan for humans after genetic engineering by the Gods was, give or take, about a thousand years (that's for those who did not choose to become as Gods themselves!) and to me it always made a great deal of sense. Fewer incarnations, and much more learning and growth ...

The Magnum Opus can call a halt to this, BUT be prepared for a very long and difficult road that does take years. It's not "instant immortality" ... It IS Satan's "unfinished work" on humanity and worth every effort we put into it. Theoretically, anyone past puberty can do this, whether you're 25 or 95, but remember that the older you are, the more time it will take in the introductory phase which, in itself, is several years long. This is not a bad thing but obviously, if you are 95 your body is already considerably broken down and you could die at any time (or not); but even then, it's knowledge learned/applied which can be taken to the next incarnation, if nothing else.

That's not meant to be discouraging, just a little dose of 'reality' ... I've been doing this for about three years now, working closely with my guardian demon, and even I still get impatient at times. But that, along with our spiritual warfare, is the greatest thing you can do. Remember, it is Satan's work. It is imperative, however, to work very, very closely with your guardian demon. He/she can guide and instruct you in ways that are apropos to your individual situation as well as offer encouragement.

The life of the physical self is very different to the life of the Spiritual self. Longevity is not something that exists wholly in the flesh, but something that transcends the flesh. Immortality is linked with Spiritual Memory rather than an ageing body and a weakening mind. To be born with the knowledge of the past reveals more about what the future holds than the measurement of time. Even the sweetest fruit will rot and decompose, diminishing its ripeness and spoiling its flavor. Not hugely different from the cycle of human or animal life. We are born, we grow to our prime, and then we diminish. It is what we do while we live that makes us into more than we have been.

Hail Satan!

LOL! The name is Aztec, Chalchiuhnenetzin was an Aztec queen and the name means Jadestone Doll. (Their language, Nahuatl, is big on long words with tongue-twisting combinations of consonants!) I'll try to do this phonetically, but if I fail, most people shorten it down to just "Chalchi" (Thank goodness it's just my 'screen name! Can you imagine signing THAT on an official document?!) Anyway, here goes:
Chal-chee-you-NEN-et-tzin.

(The original Chalchi wasn't very nice: she took a long succession of lovers which was fine in itself; it's the way she dumped them after she was finished with them: she had them killed, they were then EATEN, and she had the skeletons reassembled to use as the armatures for sculptures which she said 'immortalized' them!)

But I am very drawn to things Aztec as I had two incarnations as one and it seems very close to me ... (I WASN'T the original Chalchi, by the way! LOL)
