Leviathan is usually used as a reference to Satan in the Bible. The Biblical Satan, not the one that we worship.

I'm not entirely sure if leviathan was/is real(other then the leviathan being referred too as a dragon(or so I've concluded to myself due to the similarites between a dragon and leviathan) which satan is said to take a liking to, and the Bible's new testament "prophecy" in revalations or w/e saying jesus will slay the dragon or some shite.

The only type of dragon I can come to think of would be the leviathan which can easily be mistaken as a dragon.

Leviathan is the serpent of the sea... It basically represents unstoppable power, terror, fear, powerful, greatness, carnality, etc...

Atleast those are some of the things I picked up in the LaVeyan Satanic bible I had been looking through when trying to find a good satanic religion that wasn't some "evil" christian depiction wannabe religion.

I think it's kind of a universal symbol though..... google it Tell me if you find anything different.

In the old grimores most things had to be disquised as an allegory. The giant hemaphodite (showing the power of male and female forces combined)serpent(kundalini) having 7 heads (chakras). They needed something to be an allegory for this, so they chose an already existing Demon who appeared as a large Serpent/Dragon, Leviathan.

I thought he was real for the longest time because of an attack from an enemy nordic who posed as leviathan, I was lying awake wondering if leviathan was real or not (while listening to cradle of filth) then when it got to the part where it said and "my heart is imprisoned" I heard a roaring voice of fire shout "juuuuuuuusssssstttt lllliiiiiiiikkkkkkeeeee yyyyyoooooouuuurrrrrr llllliiiiiifffffeeeee!"(this is why a strong aura of protection is important).

Some enemy Nordics used to impersonate various Gods but the Gods will not tolerate it. As soon as the interloper is discovered (very quickly as it turns out) it is disposed of. Now as HP V.B. pointed out, they have a new tactic which is to let YOU assume it is a god but will not come out and say so themselves (thus hoping to sidestep the deadly consequences of impersonation); they won't provide a name & when pressed, will spout gibberish and often indulge themselves in a nasty little temper tantrum.

Leviathan seems to be one of the most mysterious of the Gods. Perhaps that's the way he prefers it to be; I can't say.

I did have some limited contact with him several years ago and he appeared as a very large (we're talking well over 8 or 9 feet tall), blonde-haired (shoulder-length), very attractive & well-muscled male. He was very friendly but yet reserved in manner and also very helpful with an awful situation.

I accepted him at face value at the time; I had no reason -- and still don't -- to believe he was anyone other than who he said he was. He did not simply just "bail me out" but also empowered me, showing me as well what I could do to help myself. NOT the tactics of an impostor, or any impostor I had the unpleasant 'privilege' of dealing with.

But that was some long time ago and I do intend to make more inquiries.

Because Leviathan is not really a God in Satan's site, just a stolen jewish word used to bind the kundalini with double circles around the baphomet. And also used in jewish grimoires.

I have been unsuccessful in trying to build a relationship with him. My meditation is awkward and confused with no one to help me. I've tried invoking demons unsuccessfully. I even proselytized a little though I know it's not his way. I've been doing everything I know to get the Fathers attention. I am in a Christian family and love them dearly, but I find the bible too full of mistakes. Plus I've never seen Jesus. I know I have seen Satan. Please JoS. Let me post this question and give me advice on how to draw close to Satan. I've read all the material on JoS but am still lost. What is the best way to reach Satan. Do I just meditate until he comes to me? It isn't working. Do I pray or invoke him. Is Satanism open to everybody or is it a closed clique? Is Satan rejecting me because I have Christians I love? I don't mean to blaspheme. I just feel a deep hunger and thirst to know him. I am confused.

I suggest stop doing these things just to get Satan's attention. That's exactly where your problem lies. If you want to do power meditation, do it to empower your soul (it's really what SS is about and the most important thing). If you want to enlighten people do that to show them the truth because you know it's the truth and you want to help them awake.
Really, besides that you need to watch for signs or coincidences or things like that. If you're not astrally open yet, most communication from Satan comes in these forms and you have to be very alert and aware to notice these. All I'm saying is if you're expecting something and you worry and you are getting desperate then you are probably missing them all the time.
For more than that, you need to awaken your astral senses.

I also want to add here that he's really busy. Just because you want to, doesn't mean he has the time. You should really focus more on empowering and transforming your soul and allow Satan to visit you at his own rate, if he wants. If you try to force him to do that, it never works. Just accept whatever happens and keep focusing on transforming your soul which is the most important thing here.
Also if you want you can do rituals to Satan e.t.c. just be alert and open after them and know he hears. Take all them that way, don't do them because you get desperate for an answer, just do them to tell him things without expecting anything.

You obviously misunderstood the point of Satanism. The point of Satanism is to advance ourselves and reach Godhood/immortality through meditation. We develop relationships with the Gods and Satan along the way. Meditate, do spiritual warfare, and advance yourself, this is how you develop a relationship with Satan.

Satanism is about working on yourself. It has LIES!!!!! I dnt know abt trying to reach Satan. I mean isnt it enough knowing that hes with you. Yesyes i know that sounds like the xtian crap were they tell is to believe withought seeing. But with Satan its different..he does show up...but on conditions. You have to be astrally open to see him. It has to be a very a urgent matter because his very bussy rytnow.
