Guys, it doesn't take too much to lol through the files in the groups. The files on kundalini yoga and hatha Yoga are in almost every Yahoo group and also in Satan's library. Stop being lazy and demand everything is served on a silver platter.

It could be due to a virus. My PC also got attacked frequently so I had to run an antivirus program. A good one to download from the internet is Avast free antivirus. This free program offers live protection while surfing online.
After downloading and installing the program, run the smart scan.

If this solution won`t work then try to reinstall your PDF reader.

Most of the time I do pretty well, but computers are not my forte. I think I got my problem with pdf's solved, but the workaround I had to do is new and I have no clue as to why it is suddenly necessary. I look forward to getting my main computer back from the shop on Wednesday.

I'm new here and the sheer volume and density of the information on JoS has kept me very busy (and happy). My meditations on just the basics such as AoP and aura cleansing are unfolding and progressing very rapidly, just with those two! The explorations here are like the layers of an onion and I am given new spiritual information and increasing depth and power, daily, from within the meditation practice itself.

I'm not yet adept at locating, or rather relocating and/or revisiting various new pieces of information that I'm absorbing as fast as I can. Each repetition sends me back for more in-depth understanding and integration of the material and the experiences therefrom. I am, however, getting my bearings.

For now, I sincerely appreciate getting a little newbie help!

Oh? I downloaded them yesterday. Only one out of all groups shows this "can't be opened, can't be downloaded" problem. The file on Satan's Library also work just fine.

I don't know if you have started ''ringing the bell'' (vibrating mantras) anyone correct me if I'm wrong 
but I remember it's one or the most powerful practice of the eightfold path.

Mantras can be either sanskrit or runic.
The sanskrit one can be those for the chakras, planetary squares & their shortcuts. 

SATANAMA is the highest mantra and Hps Maxine created a very powerful short-cut version of it
being SATANAS but the S are pronunced differently.

Also, there are other few here and there on the JOS and the groups. As any sanskrit words can 
be vibrated to attract to oneself what the word is, I have seen SS suggesting other mantras 
that weren't on the JOS.org. Ex: SANANDA meaning Joy

For the runic ones, they're all compiled on the Runic Kabbalah page on JOS.org
You will find there are some runes that can be used to empower a specific chakra.
Because sometimes people are more comfortable with sanskrit or runes when empowering your chakras
you can see what fits/feels best.
Also, the 15th rune can be used to empower everything as it's a bit like the runic counterpart of 
the sanskrit seed mantra for the Sun: SURYAE.

I just felt like sharing this because when I was new I quickly started handling mantras
and learning all the runic kabbalah, their shape, their attributes and their pronunciation by heart.
(I use the Gothic version except for a few. I remember Hps Maxine said it was their strongest version)

((There's an even more powerful version but there's kind of a formula to create it and it's a bit complexe
These are the few exceptions I use instead of the gothic like SAULO(15th rune) for example.

I just want to make a couple of quick and small correction on what Alex is saying.
- A mantra is simply the process of vibrating a word. It can be in any language, but we use Sanskrit and Runes.
- Sowilo is the 16th rune, not the 15th. The fifteenth is Algiz. But you're right on the fact that it can be used to empower other runes

So I was doing KY yoga kriyas and after two days I noticed my sex drive was low. :/ I didn't feel the need to masturbate. I was kinda little addicted to porn but after doing kundalini yoga I didn't feel like watching it. 
So I don't understand what really happened. Can anyone explain?

I think that's one of the symptoms of activated kundalini.

Intensified or diminished sexual desire is a symptom of activated kundalini i remember reading a newsletter sermon about this.
Your sushumna nadi which is associated with sexual/kundalini energy is opening up i guess this is happening to me as well
