Hello, I've created a routine for myself that as of right now consists of:
Aura Cleaning
Aura of Protection
Kundalini Yoga(morning) Alternate Nostril Breathing(afternoon) Hatha Yoga(Night-time)
Final RTR (whenever I have the free time)
Unfortunately my routine is all over the place due to the way I have always lived. I can do Kundalini, Hatha yoga and alternate breathing but these are all random times and never consistent same goes for the rtr and aura cleaning..I havent gotten around to the Aura of Protection yet. I've set some goals for myself as well(short term and long term) I just find it very hard to stick to the routine consitently. I'm capable of doing all the meditations and exercises within the routine but I wanna do them when they're required not random times of the day. Anyhow enough of my babbling about this and that..I've been doing the Kundalini Yoga program all poses for 9 breaths except this one. I'm unsure how to do it, such as apply mul bhand. I always skips this one but I would really like to include it within the program. Is anyone able to offer me assistance on how to do this pose effectively and correctly

I apologize for the semi-long post for a simple question.
