How many times a week should I do the King and Queen meditation?

Just like any meditation, you do it daily until you get the desired effect. Also, this meditation is incomplete as it is on the JoS website, JG Lydia posted the complete version a while ago, though I can't seem to find it off a quick search through her posts.
