kinda nervous

ok i did the opening ur 3rd eye yesterday and it was weird i got real light headed the room spun alittle and well im gonna do it again and again untill i fully openen it, but the thing is im very very nervous. its like havin sex for the 1st time, your nervour but ur gonna do it lol

well what can i expect and how will i know if its open or not..... p p p pweaseeee help me

When you work with opening your chakras you will experience a lot of odd sensations, this is normal. The fact that you felt something so powerful means your 3rd eye is open. Do some simply energy meditation to help open it further, go into a trance and breathe energy into it, it is important to FEEL the energy. Your 3rd eye will tingle when you do this, that tells you its working.
