Kenaz and Tyr

I have had a hard time feeling my sacral chakra with mantras lately, but today (Tuesday, ruled by Mars) in the hour of Mars, I found that the Kenaz and Tyr runes seem to be very helpful for my sacral chakra that is along my spine. After all, Tuesday means the Demon Tyr's Day.
