Issues with doing Power Meditation's ect.

Hi all

I have been having some issues with the power meditation's and<font><font> opening the soul with as well trying to learn how to read or pronounces Enochian.

for the power meditation for breathing i can do the complete and moon/sun breath but the others i find to be difficult to do sadly, is there any thoughts or suggestions on this subject?

as for alining the chakras correctly, directing energy, energy mediation, chakra spin, flame meditation, with the full chakras meditation opening the soul part 1 for the 3rd eye. my visualization skills are 50/50 as well with what i am feeling at time when doing these meditations and don't feel like i am progressing, when i do Energy Meditation i feel like a force or such trying to squeeze me or pressure being put on my body then i try to get my aura to extend outward.

With the alining and directing energy with the spin chakra's the alining i get to a point in theory but every time i do them i can't tell if it done right or not when i do same with the others i don't feel like any thing is different or visual the chakra spinning unable to tell.

The full chakra Meditation opening the soul part 1 uses the hum breathing but when saying the words as they say even thought it says try the best you can i just having a difficult time with the syllable's done correctly and when i meditate after i just get darkness with no colors or anything done this 2 times so far and got 2 more to go but idk what to think?

For the Enochian language just cant wrap my brain around how to talk or chant in that wording and just driving me up the wall bonkers, yet my demoness wants me to learn it.

the other questions i have are:

when i was in my astral temple last night i had an some one came to me but could not hear or even understand what was said and got very confused and frustrated over this, idk if this was a demon or not since i am still new and all with learning.

the other thing that been bugging me for years was i kept seeing this demoness even when i was little like 3 years old but yet i felt safe and happy but yet communicating i still don't known how i have manage to do this but yet hear or see not another spirit or such before or after to date.  Also i have been getting ringing for years now in my ears alot mostly in the right some times dull or can go up in pitch were it can be deafening or ring in both ear or switch ears.

any way hope any help can be given and provided would be greatly appreciated.

For the being trying to communicate in your temple try to have it write what it is trying to say. And do you have any tips for getting into a trance I can't even get into one yet and I really want to make my own astral temple. When I get home I will try to see if I can help with any more of your problems if someone didn't already ( I'm at school ) Hail Satan!!

How can you know your GD wants it? You havent opened your third eye yet so i think you cant see her? As for the enochian words, there is a video about them in exposing christianity, i think.

Hey all

To Peliterapeutti:

Yes that is a good point you put up to answer you question kindly from when i was 30-31 i did on and off basic new age meditation from my own experiences from books and info on the net, then with a dear and good friend  being a monk/native shaman he taught me about being a shaman i did over 1 full year of just meditation only nothing else from his own training as my mentor then the second year he taught me how to see other beings and such ect. took me a good 3-6 months to do but succeeded mind you several times I've almost lost her to some other worldly events that happened prefer not to talk about it at the time being.

Sadly my mentor passed away the day after valentine day, then 3 months after when up to my parents and then lost my little dog a cockapoo barely 2.3 years old  the following week trying to get vet medical help for him, with a motorcycle accident in augs that same year and almost got my self killed thank goodness i was not to badly hurt with full gear on, so for the most of last year and most of this year did not do any thing to improved until last weekend or such to say. when i join spiritual satanist group and did a dedication to Satan.

 Thank you for the tip for having write on paper why did i not think of that <: any tips for meditation well have you done your breathing techniques and calmed the mind down to were their little to no distraction? then when your  ready made a 3d build site sort of like minecraft or such building game ect. or a canvas for painting and just build on how you want it to be to say and just follow the rest of the literature for finishing the astral temple.

today session for training was better to say but still getting little things to say. with the 3rd eye training visualization processes.
