This is off the top of my head. So it's a bit vague, and by no means exhaustive. It might help you a bit in getting started. I am sure there's lots of articles you can find on Google if you want to research more.
Be mindful of what you eat and drink. Try to get enough greens, vegetables and fruits. Cut out, or really cut down, on processed foods as much as you can. Drink enough water.
Don't neglect your body. Be sure to have a yoga routine. There's a pdf on the JoS yahoo groups Files for a yoga routine. The Five Tibetans will help too!
Get at least 30 minutes of exercise everyday or two. Find a schedule and stick to it. Keep a journal (of your diet and your exercise routine). Take note of how you feel and how much more energy you have. Don't exercise too late at night, as the energy will keep you up at nighttime.
Make sure you get enough sleep. At least 7 hours.
You can do mental exercises like crossword puzzles, Sudoku, switching the computer mouse to your non-dominant hand. Or using your non-dominant hand to eat with fork, knife, etc.
Keep studying, and set little goals for yourself. Reach them, and set more goals.
See what prerequisites you need to take in school, or other courses, to enhance your learning of your main subject. Don't give up!
Also, change how you words things, to yourself! This has a very powerful effect on us, how we think, how we speak. I know it won't happen overnight but be mindful of how you think and speak! Make it a habit. Catch yourself, when you're like, "it can't be done" to "yes, I CAN do it. I am working everyday to do this!"
"But I see no way to ever reach their intellectual level."-
There's always a way. Nothing is impossible! It's hard work, dedication, consistency, study.
Hail Satan!

I want to fuel my passion for living and become a computer scientist. But I want to be the best and become a very important person. I have always admired Einstein, Leonardo Da Vinci and Tesla. But I see no way to ever reach their intellectual level.
