Is the Pineal Gland the 6th Chakra?

I'm getting a bit confused over this... and i want you to confirm if i've understood this right

I know that the 6th Chakra is behind the 3rd eye in the middle of the brain and right bellow the Crown Chakra.

But, is the 6th Chakra... located at the pineal gland?

The pineal gland is related to the sixth chakra and the third eye but is distinctly different.

The sixth chakra is located in the middle of the brain whereas the pineal gland is located a little below it.

3rd eye is an extension of the 6th chakra, and the pineal gland is the organ governed by the chakra.
