I think you are saying that he uses his money that he makes from concerts to buy a business, then he gives this business for free to a black person? And he gets his friend to do an advertisement for it.

I think this is a good thing, as long as the person he gives it to is a good person. This is a real way for a celebrity to help their people, not just talking with worthless words like most other celebrities do.
