Is my kundalini awake or what?

So I can't exactly find info about this, only that I know it feels burning like molten metal, pulling sensation, etc., but what about if it doesn't feel hot and I feel ir circulating between my sacral and solar plexus chakras.

If I barely put any attention to it, it seems to feel in between sacral and solar chakras, but if I focus to feel it, it moves up to my solar chakra.

I feel a very big pulling sensation that wants to rise further, nothing hot, recently I've started feeling more "in the mood" too, which if I give attention makes the pulling sensation feel quite pleasurable and relaxing.

At night, if I'm in a dark room, I see loads of white flashes or colour flashes too.
And I tend to, especially while meditating, feel myself rocking in a circle, sometimes I might feel jerking motions and shivers (nothing bad).

Is this a sign that my kundalini is awake and trying to rise or something or is this just effects of meditation?

It certainly sounds like it is in the earlier stages of rising. It rises and burns dross in its path, but this occurs over time, even many years.

Make sure you keep yourself balanced, cleaned, empowered, and in control of your mind. You need to be doing all the SS fundamentals at this point. Talk to your GD.

The Kundalini is much different from the Magnum Opus, although it is a prerequisite. As far as I understand, the Kundalini is a strong transformative power/energy of the soul, correlated to sexual energy, but is actually hermaphroditic itself, similar to the Eihwaz rune, which combines elements of yin and yang for transformation (also see Dagaz).

The Gods are always guiding you along, but your Kundalini awakens in stages, slowly working its way along and purifying the channels for its complete integration. Once this is done, then it will ascend in its totality. The point being that it is a process, not just an immediate shot up the back. Similarly, the MO is broken into stages.

Also, the Kundalini transforms all the chakras, not just the crown. Yours has awakened from its source near the base and is trying to push up. This means your lower chakras were ready for this occur and are being actively transformed to support a future ascension.

You can also stimulate the crown without the Kundalini to enhance your understanding of the astral or other universal concepts. The same goes for other chakras.

Anyway, for more specific advice here, I would suggest talking directly with your GD, or emailing advanced members like NP who can give more detailed advice.

When I do feel my kundalini, I feel like a large energy is pulsating in my back as the kundalini is circulating around, it's quite pleasant actually!!

I seem to have a heightened hearing at times and some times I just feel like the world around me shuts down and stops, that I end up only realising minutes or so after, that time has passed.

It usually happens when I'm meditating or doing void meditation. It's quite interesting.

But other than that, I noticed that I'm not as sleepy easily, but other times I am very sleepy.

If possible, try to include workings that remove negative karma, etc, while the moon is still Waning so you can benefit from this in the long run!!

Just make sure to not push yourself and if something feels wrong then stop it immediately and approach it differently.

Did you do the full set, meaning 108 repetitions? That can be too much for some people. And Yoga should not be forced in any case.

You would need to strengthen your weakness which seems to be related to the planet Saturn. Groundedness, Earth, and so on. And you could also in other ways train yourself to handle more and more energy, getting used to it in a slow and steady manner.
