I understand that as Satanists we abhor
the right-handed path and all that it stands for.
I also know that as Satanists that it is a duty to
destroy the right-handed path,
but has not the hate gotten a little out of hand?
Rarely do i or those who i practice with come here
and not see hate towards not only our enemies but
to each other!
It is terrible if not, dare i say, a crime to do this.
Our First Duty should always be to strengthen our
minds, bodies, and souls through meditation, rituals, and what not.
Hate is an emotion and like all emotions take ENERGY,
and it is not energy of empowerment,it is draining energy.
When we hate,
we send our energy into that which we scorn and dislike,
it drains us and quickly.
Now do not get me wrong as Satanist we hold many duties,
But with responsibility to do something also needs
to come balance. A child does not do school work 24 hours a day,
they get recess.
Similar are we to the child our meditations and
rituals and etc. is like our recess in that we
recharge and it should not be work but something we enjoy,
where as say battling angels
and taking on the Vatican is hard draining work
that we need a break from.
All i am saying is there needs to be balance
and unity with us all. Balance in our "work and play" and
unity so we don't squabble like a bunch of right-handed path followers.
Need i remind all of us that our numbers
are less than that of our enemies, the only reason we
make head way is that they have their heads in there
butts and can't quit bickering!
So quit attacking each other, find some
balance and get unified because we are greater

well said fellow Satanist. the powers we practice is to better our lives and manipulate a better life for all and concentrating on the happiness of the new world of knowledge rather then sink our self in hatred cause it is damaging to our souls. Not that it is bad, the thing is that hatred is vary powerful and the proper control of it and other emotions that have been used against us in the past will mean success in what ever we do since it will not cloud our minds any more.
