When you go through the JoS page for invoking elements, it also lists the qualities of each element. For example, fire is for aggression and courage, water is for depth, and so on. Look at which quality you would like to strengthen irrespective of your strengths, and practice invoking that element. Also, your zodiac sign will also give your birth element. You can check it out.
Thank you! Also for a long time I thought myself to be a Sagittarius but there seems to be another sign called Ophiuchus ( the snake barer ) which i should be. Does this sign have any validity to it?
