Invoking Ice.

Ice is a modification of invoking the water element. I have found from keeping records in my journal that Ice is extremely useful for neutralizing negative effects of the water element in it's liquid form. For those of you dominant in water, Ice will help you get keep a grip on your emotions. Ice when I have invoked it has been extremely useful also for stilling the mind and seems to drastically strengthen your willpower, without making you aggressive or firey so to speak.
And as far as I understand Ice when used for black magick can inflict infertility. I don't know too much about it's uses in this area yet.

Heres how to use it......

Get into a trance, or relax as best as you can. Visualize yourself in a stream of water, the ocean or a lake. Anything you like where there is water. Feel it around your body, hear it, smell it, see it, use all your astral senses. Then gradually, feel it getting colder and colder and starting to stiffen into solid Ice. Feel yourself becoming frozen solid as this happens. The begin to bring the Ice into yourself by breathing it in or for those of you who are more experienced simply direct it with your will.
