astral projection
Hey there any tips? I been trying to atro project for some time but no luck and been having trouble. I got close once, I am using a audio track that I found it's a steady drum beat, well it came with a PDF file that i down loaded I play the MP3 sound track and and i feel sensations in my body well those vibration that i read about and my GD once told me in my dreams or sleep that I am close and getting close
So I wonder if one can use sound like a fast drum beat that is rhythmic type of beat, because that's what i am using and seems to be doing something, and has someone used sound before? or well any tips for a new person to astral projection
