Improving Health + Removing Health Issues

Hello,
I'm planning on starting 2 workings, 1 to improve health and the other to remove health issues.
My goal is to first do a "Improving Health Working" using WUNJO since the moon is Waxing and close to full moon and when the time comes for the Waning - New Moon I will do a working involving Ansuz for "Removing Health Issues" but I am running into a bit of confusion

I am using the affirmation posted by Lady Lydia
"In a positive and healthy manner for me, I am eternally free from any and all sickness, illness, disease, and pain. I have perfect health, now and forever."

Looking at this affirmation due to my knowledge renders an Ansuz Working completely useless since this already covers removing health issues too. Does anyone have any advice or any helpful tips on how I can use Ansuz for a more deeper health issue removal?

Try to keep an affirmation simple and straight-forward. If you have a specific health issue, target it specifically.

Apologies I did not mean to cause any kind of confusion in my post, I believe a better way to use Ansuz in a freeing the soul working removing an addiction to junk food. Well at least I think I have an addiction to it, it's all I really eat and I've had times where I'd go for a week or more without it but eventually see myself going back to eating junk/unhealthy food. I try to eat healthy foods too but I consume way more junk food then healthy food.

So I believe doing a freeing the soul working or any type of working to remove an addition to junk food using Ansuz
I was planning on doing a 40 day working using ANSUZ x40 and my affirmation was gonna be
"In a safe, healthy and positive way I am completely and permanently free from all addictions to unhealthy food, I now only desire food beneficial to my health eternally and forever"

This is the working I have planned, not sure if affirmation is suitable for this type of working but if it's not. I am open to advice. Apologies for long reply

It is definitely better to focus your workings; this is too broad. Try to figure out what type of health issues you may have. This can come from detrimental planetary positions/aspects or just look at your body type. If you are skinny, you are more likely to be yin deficient. If bigger, then more likely yang deficient. If you have a lot of muscle naturally, then you possibly need more cooling, like with Berkano or a Moon Square.

Ansuz is for removing health issues, such as for bad planetary aspects or weak signs. However, there is also only so much Ansuz can do, so then you would need to use runes to add to the yin or yang of your body.

Yang= energy, warmth, digestive power, movement. Yin=cold, structure, tissue, relaxation. Using broad, holistic terms from TCM or Ayurveda can help you focus on goals that are broad, yet still reasonable.

Remember, vitality (the energy which yields life) comes from our Sun, which has all the wavelengths and can become anything. Mars cannot become anything like the Sun, but does still provide energy for transformative purposes.

I would highly recommend a Sun or Mars square, especially the Sun before it leaves Aries (in a few days!). Mars Squares can be done in May. Beyond that, Sowilo and Thurisaz represent the Sun and Mars, respectively.

If you are skinny and need both earth and water, then Uruz is best for this. Nauthiz can also help, as it relates to Saturn. A weak Saturn means you may have little endurance or resiliency in your body. Yet, it is still the Sun that is the king for health.

Wunjo is more for mental health, and less for physical.

I am very skinny and I have no muscle whatsoever, I know being 54-56kg and 5'6 is kinda normal but it's abnormal to me...I'm now at the point where if for example: My mum and I were doing food shopping and we were carrying 1 bag each I would be swapping arms constantly and they would be very sore, just a small example. Then come early 2018 I couldn't eat any food whatsoever, like I was physically incapable I saw a doctor who just told me I had a fear of choking, so I did multiple working revolving around the issue eventually I saw another doctor cause I assumed my esophagus was way too tight but they found nothing wrong after I finished the 40 day working I just didn't do anymore again. So I'm focusing eating healthy food but the junk-food far out-weigh the amount of healthy food I have and it's basically all I eat now.

I wrote in another reply to Lady Lydia that I think it's best to do a freeing-the-soul working revolving around that problem but I'm waiting for it to be approved. I have no idea how to roll my R's which is why I never do any squares, I've wanted to do them before but completely confused on how one rolls their r's.

Apologies for the long-post I'm unsure how I can explain to you the problems I'm having without shortening it, even then I still haven't explained everything but just the general problem I'm facing.

What you describe physically sounds like a skinny-fat build. The lack of muscles and fat gain are both the result of a lack of fire. It is also possible you have Neptune placements on your Sun or other areas that make you attracted to drugs.

Doing workings without meditations won't give you much power to work with. At least do the basic things like aura clean, AOP, and just chant Sowilo+affirm on the chakras.

Even better for you though would be to do yoga, which will help both physically and spiritually. Although focusing is better, you can still do yoga while watching TV or something, which is better than nothing.
With a lack of willpower, however, you should focus on building fire, such as with the breath of fire, Tibetan 5 Rites, or Kundalini yoga. Yet, hatha yoga will still be very helpful.

If only your appetite was gone, then this was due to the junk food clogging up the digestion. This is likely the case if you were gaining weight or having signs of dampness, like congestion. This is the result of excess sugar not being transformed by the yang energy of the stomach and spleen, then building up in the body.

I think this is way more likely than suddenly developing a fear of choking or whatever, especially if your "fear" came out of nowhere.

Junk food also messes with the bacteria in the digestive tract. In addition, the spleen/stomach are generally healed by foods that are sweet, like carrots, corn, or other carbs. Yet, someone can be led to eat junk food, which only makes the problem worse by further congesting the digestion (whereas carrots will not do that).

What you should do is make a bunch of rice with a rice cooker, and this will be your main carb. For vegetables, steam a bunch of frozen, mixed veggies, then also store this in your fridge. As for meats, you can easily cook a bunch of anything like chicken or eggs in a pan. Fish filets can be made in bulk in an oven.

Then, when you are hungry, just reheat the food, add seasonings or salt, and you have a solid meal with little effort. Rely on the added seasonings to make the food tasty, and it should be good enough. It will take a few days for your appetite to heal from the junk food, but after that, you won't have any issues with healthy food, taste-wise.

In regards to stopping and starting drugs, exercise, meditation, junk food, and so on: All you can do is keep trying. Even if quit or relapsed, then you can still pick yourself up. Over time, you can make use of spiritual solutions to permanently remove these things, and stabilize yourself.

Besides freeing your soul, you should also use Nauthiz to increase your inherent discipline. Sun energy will make you feel happy, energized, and healthy, and therefore less likely to feel bad and relapse. This same energy will also aid your digestion and willpower as well.

So in this regard, you should trash all your junk food, or at least the worst of it (like candy). You should also make new commitments to yourself, such as at least doing yoga, or at least adding in vegetables, or something like that.

I started to gain my weight when I started hitting the gym and focused solely on healthy food and it was going good for a time but seemingly out of nowhere like you mentioned with the fear I just stopped the gym and eating healthy (Mum offered to make me some fried-eggs since I always loved eating them, they were basically my foundation and I would add the meats/veggies on top. But I completely forgot about them which made them and I started eating them but it made me feel literally repulsed to the point where it made me quit the entire gym workout) I eventually went on to fast I guess? I rarely ate anything then after a time junk food made its way into my diet now I was still eating healthy food but nowhere near the amount I'd eat on a daily basis.

Then eventually that was followed up with drugs/drug addiction until I finally quit the drugs entirely in 2017

Thank you so much for some ideas on meal preparation, I'll look into preparing healthy meals I am eating a lot more healthy foods and now and even eating chicken has gotten a bit easy to consume as well but junk food is still somewhat the center of my diet which I'm hoping to give up entirely.

Well since you had first mentioned that it's possible to do the squares without rolling r's (although adds power but is not essential) then this opens up more pathway to spiritual/material solutions so I thank you for that. But yes I definitely gotta push through and actually do my meditations/yoga no matter what.

I'm still revising an affirmation for the freeing the soul working I intend to do, but unsure if directing to freeing myself from unhealthy food addiction is perhaps the right way, I'm eating a lot more healthy food now even more so than junk food but it is still obvious in my my diet. But a NAUTHIZ working is something I really want to do since meditation and every other activity are just so boring which is why I don't do them so maybe a working regarding NAUTHIZ will help a lot.

Thank you for taking the time out of your day/evening/night to offer your help to the severe problems I've been facing for a long time now, means a lot :D

Apologies for bumping this topic again but I decided to re-read what you said and you mentioned that I won't have any issues "taste-wise" thing is I have no issues with taste it's more the fact I have the problems swallowing food. Would these pre-made type meals help with that problem if so what else should I add to my diet to help relieve the issue faster?

I do plan on doing what you suggested when I have the money to go shopping just wanted to get some further clarification on what I should do.

Apologies for bumping this post again and possibly a double post but you mentioned that I should have no problems "taste-wise but I have no issues whatsoever taste wise maybe to some foods or the way it may be cooked/prepared maybe...But my problem comes from the fact I have trouble swallowing food would making these pre-made meals you suggested help with this problem I'm having? if so what else can I add to my diet to help resolve the issue even quicker?

I am definitely planning on following the advice you have given, so far I've started the sun square but I would like some further clarification on how I can improve my diet and resolve problems I currently have.
