Important Question About The OM (AUM) Chant

hello everyone,
i have reading greatly, and i have always wondered what is the power behind the "om" chant? if there is any power behind it at all.

it is said to be the most powerful mantra you can chant,
so anyone out there with experience with this chant, please tell me i would like to know if its worth adding to my daily meditation.

its known also as the om kara mantra,bout being the most powerful not sure,but if u combine this n hissing snake breath it will help ur telepathy 83
