Hello brothers and sisters. For some time now, I've been stuck in one place, unable to move forward. I once did a 40-day program, but for several months now, I haven't been able to get through it, and there's always a rush of events. I'm wondering what I can do. I'm thinking about a complete reset and starting over. I feel the ritual of dedication is important. But what's next? Do you have any ideas on how to build a consistent routine and how to proceed? Thank you for your help; any response would be very valuable to me. Best regards to everyone.

Doing the dedication ritual once is enough, and the 40-day program is a perfect, ready-made program for beginners. If you can not follow through with that program and ask for another, then the problem lies in the management and execution parts of yourself, not the program. That said, trying to look into what specifically holds you back is going to present the result you are seeking. A "No time? No excuses! -mode" should be activated. Meaning, life should be built in a way that accommodates in one way or another daily practice of routine. To start, you need to build a habit, and habits are built by repetition. So you need to repeat something simple over time for it to grow on you while simultaneously adding more little by little as you go on. That is the consistent way to build, a way of success.
