I'm still full of issues, one of them relates to this religion.

Hello!

I've made the ritual about 2 years ago, yet nothing changed in my point of view, since I'm a former Agnostic. Is there any possible way I could've done something wrong during the initiation ritual or... anything? I am telling you that nothing changed in my life since then, my life remained as miserable as always, my health the same and so on. I have presented interest in Satanism for years, yet it seems this religion didn't turned me away from Agnosticism either. I don't know what kind of mentality you people have, but I've tried convincing myself there is a god, as you put it - by the name of Satan. Can this be the mistake here - not believing enough, or?

Is it OK if the ritual is performed yet again, since I might've done something wrong, or maybe - just did it wrong?

Hail Satan!!! Just because you did the dedication ritual and believe in Satan does not mean that automatically things will start to get better. May I ask if you do the meditaions every day?, do rituals on a regulars basis to Father?, study the JoS?{because there is so much on there it takes a long time to learn}and no, you should not do the dedication again, once is enough--it is what is in your heart that counts to Satan.

You didn't read the rest of the site? you didn't seek truth and knowledge? you simple gave up and expected Satan to change your life and "save you"??? No, if you want the Truth, You must seek it.

Satan is Truth, Satanism is the one and only first true Religion. If you don't believe, then research for yourself, don't you want to know Truth?

Exactly because you did the dedication and sat and did nothing else, that's why never happened. No one said that you do the ritual with expectations and everything revolves around it. You have to meditate every day. Did you do power meditations every day to open your soul, without missing a single day? Did you do rituals at least every week?

Satanism is NOT a religion where you do nothing more than a ritual and "convince yourself" for something. It's something where you work hard and practice all the time, and it is based on practice and not "faith". Satanism's core thing is opening your soul and reaching Godhead and Satan and the other Gods just guide us for this.


Like the JoS site, Satan gives us knowledge (power meditation e.t.c.) and expects to apply this knowledge to better our life. He doesn't demand slavish worship. It's about elevating and empowering humanity. We don't depend on the Gods, but learn to do things on our own with the powers we've awakened through power meditation. Again remember that meditating is the most important thing you have to do, if you don't meditate then you're not a Satanist and you're never progress past your level.

Also, Satan is not a God in the sense of the xians. Satan is an extraterrestrial being with a physical body, who created humanity using genetic engineering. He didn't create the universe, nothing created the universe. The Demons are also extraterrestrials and our Pagan Gods.

See, that's why the mainstream definition of Agnostic is irrelevant here. We as Satanists don't believe there's a "god" in the xian sense, you know one who created the universe and is "omnipresent", "omnipotent" e.t.c. Satan is not that, he has his limitations, he's not omnipresent, omnipotent nor does he know everything, but He's freakingly knowledgeable, powerful compared to us humans. Plus, He's physically immortal.

Another fault of yours is that you came to Satanism while having the same mindset as in xianity and behaving in the same way and thinking of Satan as if he is the christian "god". It doesn't work this way. You should change your view when coming to Satanism, and should't look it as a religion like xianity in which all you need to do is have passive blind faith and "believe" and be lazy and do nothing. Satan wants ACTION, not "faith" and helps those who help themselves. You should be strong and independant and strive to gain knowledge and develop your soulf.

I also think that your dedication might not have worked because you weren't sure about Satanism. For one thing, you do the dedication only if you know that this is for you and have no doubts about it or hang-ups about xianity. You don't do this to see if something happens or expecting that everything will be taken care for you. It's a non-selfish thing.

Thank you all for your answers. I see, and I understand it's my fault. I haven't persevered in this, I've just waited for signs or a change. I have read the site exactly 2 years ago when I did the initiation ritual - though, not completely, and I forgot some basics. Atm, I am very busy with an exam I am about to have in a matter of months - a really difficult one, that keeps me from studying the site more carefully.

By the way, there is nothing mentioned about the language on the site - I was wondering if I translate the prayers in my language - do they still 'count'? My native language is not english, yet the initiation ritual was done in that language.

This person is obviously some kind of infiltrator. Believing enough? We know that father Satan who is an extra terrerstrial exists. If you havent had profound changes it is because of you. Obviously you dont talk to Satan or power meditate. You dont do anything from the sounds of it.

You dedicated without any knowledge of what you were doing. Because others were doing it. Then you sit around and do nothing and expect something. You seem to have a christian mentality.

well now lets not go saying hes an infiltrator i mean there are plenty of people who do the dedication and figure their life will magically get better and when it doesnt they give up this is what the xian religions teach say afew words and your life gets better but it doesnt as stated before if they would take the time to read through the site and put for some effort [if possible taking into account family, school and other important matters that can put things off] into advancing themselves they would begin to see and feel the answers they seek now lets say you had dedicated and then a family member died and you had to deal with that then you had schooling to deal with and trying to keep it a secret from your family the meditations might slip your mind aswell and then how would you feel comming to the egroup looking for some advice and someone accused you of being an infiltrator..and this isnt just aimed at you being cautious of people in the egroup is a good thing but i dislike when people just come out and say "he/she is an infiltrator" with no proof now if he had sent you an email with something like "your god is lieing to you come back to your lord and saviour jesus" that would be a reason to say something to the group but if you just go around saying that they are infiltrators they might feel unwelcomed and you could drive them back to being athiests [or xians in the worst case] so im sorry if anyone gets upset with what i wrote but i feel it needed to be said and its something everyone needs to hear if you have reason to think someones an infiltrator IM them or something to confirm your suspissions before accusing them they might just be confused and in need of help.

I don't know what kind of mentality you people have, but I've tried convincing myself there is a god, as you put it - by the name of Satan. Can this be the mistake here - not believing enough, or?

Is it OK if the ritual is performed yet again, since I might've done something wrong, or maybe - just did it wrong?
