If Hell is not fire and chaos, why do we refer to it as "infernal du

Hello brethren and sisters, I was looking at the instructions for an invocation of Satan, and didn't understand why we use such a scary word as "infernal" during it. Any ideas? Hell is not what the xtians think it is, so why do we describe it like the xtians?

..Hail Satan!!
Definition: Infernal
from Infernus, Hell, from Latin,
1.Of or relating to hell {i.e.infernal powers}
2.Of or relating to a lower world of the dead.

First off, let me remind you that during ritual when the word Infernal is used, the word power is used right after it. So it is referring to Infernal Power. So basically, in ritual, when we use to word infernal to refer to hell, we are referring to the power that "Hell" holds, which anyone who has seen hell can vouch it has an immense blue aura, which is the color of Satan, his element, and the gods auras. Alongside gold, blue is a color of power.
