I want to advance in meditation but having trouble by the enemy.

Hey guys I was wondering How I can remove this entity from my crown chakra or aura. It is really annoying and it has bothered me for a while now. I mean I cant even focus on meditation or free thinking without it tunging its energy on my crown chakra. Its like a force on top of my head that that makes me shake my head whenever I try concentrate really hard. I know people have talked about cutting the enemys link, cleaning auras, and void meditation. But I feel Im not even advanced enough to be able to serve the enemys link. I,ve been trying to visualize my aura like the sun. And void meditation it always trys to ruin my focus. Maybe I've let this thing build for to long I procrastinated. I use to drink and smoke mainly every week end. Now Im 3 weeks clean trying to make a change. I was thinking I'll just have to keep trying to clean my aura and chakras on a daily basis then void every day aswell. Then slowly try bulid fron there. Its doesnt matter what level of advancement you are at, anyone can cut enemy links. Personally i think you are being paranoid about this, that your assuming everything is a enemy attack. Cut links and clean your aura and BE DONE WITH IT.
