You need to open and empower your astral senses and chakras in order to communicate with the Demon/ss you summon.
Daily power meditation will help with those and with focusing and visualization.

Train your visualization techniques, I find the best way to do this is to use the first month of the Hell's Army Program since it is primarily about focusing the mind and strengthening your visualization.
Forgetfulness and related things are related to anxiety. Anxiety weakens your mind's focus and subliminally causes havoc in your daily situations. My advice is to practice Hatha Yoga, it relaxes the mind and increases focus and mental calmness. Use the Yoga techniques on the JOS, or maybe buy a Hatha Yoga book.
Yoga is extremely beneficial.

You don't need to cram everything dear, read it out to Satan and while you try to visualize the sigil, you can always take as much look at it as you need. It won't spoil anything. You are new, don't you think you need to grow spiritually by empowering yourself properly before doing any summons? Do you realize you won't be able to detect results during the summoning ritual if you're not yet capable of doing so? I know you're as curious as I am, you want to see to be sure but my dear, patience is a virtue.

I always appreciate clear advise from a sister. 
just know that there are many to choose from. they also should have the chance to choose you first.
I would recommend first that when you are ready.. Ask the father to appoint one or 2 or however many will be needed. When he does, you will know. Than.. take some time to identify which Sigel will be a good fit for you but also you for them.
To walk with them is a huge responsibility. You must not be hot and cold. Learn what is pleasing to them, what they like to smell, learn there traits and the likes. 
This is my suggestion before you attempt to walk with them.
First.. take the presence of the Father.. When you feel that your answers are are always in front of you.. this is when you are ready.
Lucifer knows what you need yet keep him close. Where needed.. he appoints them to his children with out your know about.

First.. I will agree with what the others have said. The Joy site is a healthy perspective of Spiritual Satanism.
First.. choose, who is Satan to you?  There are many twisted version of who is Satan and what is Satanism.
From the Christ-end version of creating a monster out of the father.. to the pop stars selling there souls and the worse.. the Gothic like, sacrificing innocent animals to the COS who does not even believe in demons and the father.
Than.. answer to yourself... Why Satan.
Understand that those who do truly walk with the Father... they do not conspire against man kind.. we dont not walk with magic wounds ready to curse all of our enemies 

In fact..quite the opposite. 
Unlike the Christ-end prayers were you are motivated bye blind trust...If you come genuine.. his presence will be known.
If possible.. always better to connect a local coven. In my first days, i was met bye some elites based in Moscow.   They performed a welcoming ritual on my behalf 2 weeks before I was invited for a welcoming ceremony .. a chance to learn, conquer my meditation life, to connect to the Gods and the likes.
Than again.. I was born into this light. 
There are many ways yet you writing here is always aa great start. If one does not want to contribuye yet just slandor you.. pray to Satan and pray for the offender.

So well, I am truly dedicated to Lord Satan.And I am also advanced with Power Meditation. However I cannot find out how to quench an addiction that I have. Gambling. I have seen this trend, I put some money in, I win ALOT, then I loose everything. I just cannot control my addiction. I honestly haven't tried to control anything in my life, and value the large amounts of wealth Lord Satan has allotted me.I am still 18 but I have a huge inheritance to take up soon. And I am scared I will gamble it all away. It is becoming a major problem, Not even the other habits I have, [Well only smoking and a bunch of pills rarely] consume the amount of money that gambling has on me.I need help before I get this inheritance, because I am scared I will loose it to a mere habit!

This is a serious vice you need to be aware of and eliminate fast. The best way to eliminate this, is when you get your inheritence, start a physical business and focus on that instead. Otherwise, you will destroy your life with that vice as so many people have done.

This is also typical, someone gets an inheritance and squanders it, then jews and others at the betting houses enjoy this.  You are lucky because you are aware of your flaw, so you can change your karma. If you don't, then there will be serious consequences, and more than likely, you will end up permanently impoverished and just feeding this bad habit.

Betting houses aren't charity institutions either. It's better to put all that money aside or somewhere locked up, and not use it, or at least invest it somewhere. Do serious studying on investing, or as stated earlier, start a small business, any business.

If you run a physically strong and reputable business, like a clothing store or whatever, it will cash you in daily far more than gambling. It will also be stable and leave you satisfied. If them money is too much, after you do deep studying, see what is more profitable in your area and go for it.

Do a freeing the Soul meditation to get rid of this before it gets rid of you. You are still young, so with a good head-start, you can make good things about your life. Doesn't matter if you have won a bit or even a lot, gambling is mostly made to make someone LOSE eventually. If people always won, gambling houses wouldn't exist at all.

Search for the Freeing the Soul meditation in the groups and get it done.

I would like to add to HP Cobra's suggestion, to also look into astrology.

By understanding your natal chart, you can understand the urges that you have and their relation to the transits of the planets. If you become experienced enough, you can prepare (at least mentally, or do specific meditations) to counterbalance the transits. For example doing magical squares that strengthen a weak position in your chart.

Look at your natal chart, if you're not experienced in astrology, have someone experienced do it for you. We also have an astrology forum. Ask questions there and learn about astrology yourself. It'll help you in your task in life.

It's very important that you are already aware of the problem. Since you're 18, this means that your soul is mature enough to be aware. Our Gods are directing you to find the solution. Be prepared to work hard on this problem. You sound determined to solve this, so it seems.

Here are some starting tips about astrology and the problems you described that I can think of from the top of my head.

Look out for Jupiter (the ruler of sagittarius) in your chart, is the planet of luck/gambling and usually it's prominent in the charts of gamblers. In this particular period there's a saturn transit that is affecting the sign of saggitarius.

Since you've mentioned addiction and mentioned cigarettes/pills I would also look into Neptune aspects, as Neptune is usually related with addictions of all kinds.

I'm guessing that the problem would appear in your chart as a combination of Neptune, Jupiter and another third planet connecting all three together.
