I need help with opening my thrid eye

I can't seem to find my cuticle do i keep poking my finger till i find it cause my fingers is kinda sore any advices? please help

You don't prick your finger or smth...you just wrap your fist around it and then push it with your thumb.

Then concentrate in the middle of your forehead...
