I have a lot of trouble. :/

It has almost been a year since my dedication ritual to Father. I had an uplifting 5 months, but in November, a lot of things such as me and my Mum going into a refuge and lots of other incidents has happened since, my cousin has died, my great-grandad, etc. Since this happened, my meditations slipped from 3 times a day, to twice, to once and then 3-4 days a week. And then none.

I have done rituals via deep trances in the Astral temple, yet none with my altar.

I have recently got a new house, a new start.

Is Father angry with me? Will he be angered if I start meditating again?

No, Father Satan is very understanding. He known's that issues
come about in ones life and gets us down. But we can pick ourselves
back up and continue. I have missed days to weeks before. But I
start back up again. Am empowering myself quite well. Things happen
but don't let it get you down just start it up againg and keep at it.

Sorry to hear about your troubles. It's good to hear you got a new house now and a new start. The only way Father would be angered is if you turned your back on him for good. Since you are asking if he is angry with you shows you have not. He is not angry with you and always wants you to meditate. Just start meditating all over again. It is fine if you can do your rituals in your astral temple. For now on even if you have some troubles(the planets can have influences on this), just keep meditating. The more you do this the stronger you will get against things that try to happen against you.
