I dislike Kundalini yoga?

I find Kundalini Yoga either too boring or too tiring.

It’s really great the bioelectric energy surge after but the act itself I’m starting to find really boring or too hard.

I even started experimenting with different kriyas on Pinklotus. I did Nabhi kriya, it was stimulating but really hard to do on a daily basis as well as other abundance/sexual energy/sexual chakras kriyas.

Then on the other hand I also did the basic spinal program for the longest time which I’m starting to find is unbearable to me because of how boring it is, I also did other kriyas that were easy but I felt was dumb or boring.

I’m finding it hard atm to just have a reliable kriya to do daily that aligns with my goals and feels relaxing and fun to do and not too hard.

Unlike hatha yoga which I find relaxing and after a point it’s a NEED to do it daily.

What do you guys think?

You can try vibrate some mantras or meditations(or maybe a magick for kundalini) before doing kundalini yoga.

You have to change your mindset. Goals, hardly, will be achieved through “fun.” And I'm not just talking about spirituality.
Yoga should be relaxing, creative, and yes fun.

It’s right brained and just pushing through like it’s a Push Pull Leg routine is not good for you either.

I did have fun with the Nabhi kriyas and others but they are a bit too difficult because they require a very strong core. So they are great but not daily.

The mind must be controlled, not the other way around. Things do not have “fun” or “boredom.” It is a perception of your mind that projects.

It sounds like you're swinging from one extreme to another. Seeking balance where one is adequately challenged is key. Kundalini Yoga Kriyas serve a clear purpose, and doing them just because is not ideal. The basic spinal energy series concludes with Sat Kriya, and once the entire sequence becomes too easy, the time spent practicing Sat Kriya can be increased. It is advised to start at three minutes at the beginning in the instructions. That should be enough for the vast majority of people, and once that becomes easy, adding a minute at a time, for example, will bring more stimulus. Thus, the argument of boring falls flat. Try doing it for six or nine minutes, for example. Is it still boring? It should stimulate the Kundalini greatly. What is boring about that? Moreover, who said that Kundalini Yoga has to be done daily? Taking a day off to recover is sometimes required as the body, mind, and soul adjust. This is the same with meditation, where fluctuations in energy happen--sometimes easier days are required, otherwise the central nervous system goes off-balance staying in constant stimulated state which results in negative physical and mental symptoms that can easily be misdiagnosed such as failing organs when in reality one simply has to rest for a bit to recover.

I did Wing Chun for 8 years and our warm-up routines were mind blowing. I don't expect you to do the full routines, but if you're bored then try these. There are many more on UTube:

Your core will get stronger by doing them. I developed strong abs years ago just from KY.

You can mix up KY and do something different each day, that's what I did for a long time. I had a lot of videos, it was easier to follow along to videos than to the PinkLotus PDFs.
