how's this sound?

this was going to be one of my meditation plans for the next couple of weeks.

#1 Invoke each element into each of my chakras. a new one everyday.
the 4 basic and ether for 3. mon-water,t-ether, w-air, th-ether, f-earth, sat-ether,sun-fire.

#2 Affirm that the element is increasing that chakra's functionality as that element's chakra does. For example: "Earth in my heart makes me safe."

#3 and color the chakra that element's chakra's color. ( the Heart orange for water)

possibly invoke the element into my aura

does this sound ok or?

Monday- rules 6th chakra & 3rd eye- both are ruled by ether/akasa

Tuesday- sacral- water

Wednesday you got right, air

Thursday- crown- water

Friday- heart- fire & air

Saturday- base- earth

Sunday you got right, fire.

Heart, orange, water? Noooo. Heart is green, sacral is orange, but water is blue.

I'm not trying to criticize, I just want my fellow SS doing things correctly for maximum benefits and advancement. I have been having great success invoking akasha into my 6th chakra daily.

I think they meant to do all the chakras each day.

Other than that you're right Lydia. If you're going to colour the chakras, make sure they are the correct colours. Or you can sping them faster and make them white/gold.

You can.

For example i have invoked air, fire and earth into my base chakra. as well as Akasha and other elements into my chakras. Different purposes give different effects.

Just be careful and use ur intuition.
